2024 HPAC Calendar
The Highland Park Arts Commission is thrilled to announce that they are in the process of creating another captivating Community Calendar for the upcoming year. The calendar will showcase a wide array of photographs capturing the breathtaking artwork that graces every corner of our beloved town. It will serve as a visual testament to the immense creativity and artistic talent found within our community.
“Welcome to HP” Stair Art
Our favorite kids art club G.A.C. has this fantastic “Welcome to HP” project in the works. They will be painting a welcoming message and some fantastic decorative art on some public steps for all to enjoy.
Windows of Understanding 2024
Our annual participation in WOU, will return starting January 15, 2024. Stay tuned!
HPHS Trash Cans
When a Highland Park High School Senior approached us to help them fund painting the trash cans around the school to help encourage litter-pick-up, we were thrilled to collaborate. This student-run project is expected to be complete this Fall.
“Create an Art Book” Workshop
Aimee Pollack, HPAC’s Vice Chair, and mixed media artist is working on creating an “Art Book” workshop. The workshop will be offered this winter at the Community Center. The details are still being worked out, so stay tuned for more info!
